  • Our goal is to make summer day camp affordable for every family. Because every kid deserves to experience summer camp.

    Cost:

    $400 / 4 day

    $500 / 5 day

  • Josh Powell Camp welcomes all campers ages 5-9! Our unplugged, low-stress summer camp experience is perfect for first time campers and returning campers alike.

  • Our camp is located in Acworth, GA, north of Atlanta and just inside Cherokee County. We have a large camp sign at the entrance off of Wade Green Road. Our nearest landmark is Kennesaw State University, just one exit south of Wade Green. For directions, check out the contact page.

  • Our staff and counselors are all required to pass a full background check. We have a high staff-to-camper ratio, so your kids always have our attention for their safety and health. If your camper has any specific allergies or other health accommodations, please contact us via email at Hey@JoshPowellCamp.com.

  • Yes, of course! Tours before camp can be arranged by texting the camp office at (678) 369-0780. We are closed for tours on weekends of May due to preparations for camp being in full swing.
